Our Protocols
We are currently 100% curbside. When the client arrives at the clinic, they are to call our clinic. A veterinary technician or assistant will get them checked in over the phone, and the team member will come out to retrieve the pet from the parking lot. The vet will communicate via phone and checkout is also over the phone.
