What to Expect

During the Pet Euthanasia process we prioritize transparency and compassion. Our team will guide you through each step, explaining the procedure thoroughly and addressing any concerns you may have. Before the euthanasia begins, your pet will be made as comfortable as possible, whether in your arms or on a soft surface. We first administer a strong pain-relieving sedative to ensure that your pet is free from pain and fear. After that first injection has taken effect, the euthanasia solution is administered painlessly and quickly, allowing your pet to peacefully pass away. You can expect a calm and supportive environment, where your pet’s well-being is our utmost priority.

Aftercare

After your pet has passed, you may spend as much or as little time with them as you wish. If you wish to take their body with you to bury at home, we can provide a simple casket to enable a dignified journey home.

If you do not wish to bury your pet at home, we partner with Agape Pet Services to offer cremation services. Agape offers both communal cremation, in which your pet’s ashes are not returned to you, and private cremation, in which your pet’s ashes are returned to you in a memorial urn. Additional memorial items, such as paw prints, fur clippings, and jewelry are also available.

We offer grief support resources through Agape Pet Services, ensuring that both you and your pet receive the care and respect you deserve during this difficult time.
